For Your Oral Health, Brush Your Teeth after Meal Time Not after Bath Time

What disease that is very trifling but extremely painful? Right, it is teething problem. It is indeed, toothache can not directly make a person die, but if you have toothache again and again then it will disturb your daily activity. So you have to take care of teeth early on and take care of your oral health.
1. Brush your teeth after having breakfast.
Our habit since we are kid is brush our teeth after taking a bath. But, it better to brush our teeth after having breakfast in order to clean up food residue in our teeth.
2. Soon after you are wake up, just gargling.
It is fact, when we wake up in the morning, our mouth fell acid. That is not mean you have to brush your teeth. You can expunge the acid with gargling liquid in order to make your mouth fresh. Remember, you should brush your teeth after taking breakfast, not after waking up.
3. Brush your teeth in the morning, daylight and before go to bed.
After you took lunch, you should brush your teeth because food that patch in your teeth must be clean up as soon as possible. Food that patch be more than 3 hours can make hole in your teeth. And also after you took dinner or before you go to bed.
