For Your Oral Health, Do the True Ways in Brushing Your Teeth

Do you know that our mouth has its own cleaning system, that is spittle. But, because of the modern food nowadays, this natural cleaner can not work as well as before. To help your spittle when cleaning your mouth, you have to brush your teeth. You should choose the brush which is not tight because it can hurt your gums. Beside of that, the size of the brush should appropriate with your mouth cavity. There are true ways that you have to do while brushing your teeth:
1. Brushing your teeth by faced on your cheek. Brushing your teeth by revved from gum direction to left cheek tooth and right.
2. Brushing your jaw by open your chew area, such as your left and right lower jaw and left and right upper jaw.
3. Brushing by faced on your upper jaw palate.
4. Brushing your teeth carefully.
You have brush your teeth slowly and carefully. Don’t in a hurry because it can hurt your teeth, jaw, tongue and gums. And the heart of the matter, you should brush your teeth well and frequently (after meal time, not after bath time). And you also should take care of your teeth and oral health equally.
