Have you heard the line of: “better prevent than heal.” I’m sure you have heard that sentence. In health section, that sentence tells us that you need to be aware with every symptoms related to certain disease. And this article will explain some symptoms related to certain oral diseases. Here is the oral health checklist that is very important for you to pay intention:

 1. Gums
avoid your self from gum cancer which is very dangerous. Always check your gum healthiness like these ways: a healthy gum has a pink color, and don’t bleed when you brush your teeth. You need to pay attention closely to this, seventy five percent of gums diseases suffer were not aware with the symptoms because bleeding gums is often painless. To avoid this you need to check your gum after you brushed your teeth.
2. Bad Breath
based on a study, most people who have bad breath was not aware of their own bad breath. People around them are aware with the bad breath, but they (the suffer) weren’t. It is so bad and so embarrassing. The easiest way to check this is by flossing your teeth. After you floss your teeth, try to smell your dental floss, if it smells awful, you have to gargle with saline water and chew a fresh chewing gum.
3. Dry Mouth
avoid dry mouth! It has very bad effect for your oral health system. Lack of salivation can accelerate gum problem and tooth decays. The only way to keep you mouth wet is by drinking more water and gargling more often.

Those are the important checklist to maintain your oral health, keep your eyes on the list and you’ll see a great result in your oral health.
