Most of people think that take care their teeth and oral health is not important. But actually the case is your oral health level can be an indicator to know your whole body health condition. There are so many researches that find out a proof that oral infection is relevance with heart and lungs disease or diabetes.

Based on the fact above, we have to open our eyes to take care our teeth and oral health frequently. Generally, people will visit dentist while they has toothache. Now, they should try to make a preventive action to make sure their teeth and oral health in best condition. There are several preventive actions that you can do:

1. Clean out your teeth with smooth brush. Most of people brush their teeth just in 45 seconds, you should brush it in two minutes and it best do after meal time.

2. Don’t forget brush your tongue. Mouth contained a variety of bacteria and some of the bacteria able to grow up in tongue. And for some people, growing up these bacteria can cause of the smell mouth aroma.

3. Decreasing or leaving the soda drink. Sugar in the soda drink may be the nutrition for bacteria growing up process in your mouth. Although this soda drink is without sugar, there is also citrate acid and phosphate up to pH 2 (extremely acid). It may curry the root and enamel of your teeth.
